Wychwood Parish Conservation Scheme

The Wychwood Parish Conservation Challenge seeks to create new opportunities for communities in the Wychwood area to play an active and effective part in countryside conservation by developing both the capacity and understanding of indivduals and communities to deal with environmental issues, as well as supporting conservation work.  The challenge will be targeted at 26 smaller and more remote rural communities within the Wychwoods.
The project will enable the collation of disposed formal records and surveys and their combination with local anecdotal information on environmental quality to inform the priorities and community action.
